This is what we had last Saturday for lunch, a slice of pizza each, plus one, plus one! Since everyone’s still full from our breakfast. I’ve made pancakes from scratch…just 2 cups of self-raising flour, 2 cups of milk and 2 eggs and pancakes was made! We put butter, maple syrup and added some crushed mango on top! We like it…just right!

Anyway, back with the pizza delivery that we had, we ordered it from THE PIZZA COMPANY, Large Extra Cheesy Sausage Bites Super Deluxe…this is the usual order we have everytime we feel like eating pizza, everyone’s loves it! They have small (4 slices, 1-2 persons), medium (6 slices, 3-4 persons) and large (8 slices, 6-8 person—its big slice each) sizes then you can choose your pizza crust from pan pizza, thin crispy, extra cheesy sausage bites or extreme crust. They have seafood toppings, gourmet toppings and the classic one, also you can choose your pizza sauce such as bbq sauce, thousand island sauce or pizza sauce! Also in their delivery menu are some pasta, side orders and drinks!

Here in Cambodia, they have six branches: Sorya, Vimeanteap, Kampuchea Krom, Old Stadium, Riverside and one in Siem Reap inside the Angkor Trade Center. It is free delivery  when order medium pizza or $5.00 up with 30 minutes waiting time.

So, there you go, we had pizza last Saturday for lunch then we had some left-over pasta from the day before…its pizza and pasta! Dinner was another cooking experiment for me, I’ve made some Squid with Peppercorn Sauce (and will share it next time!). Sunday was day spend at Monkey Business again, kids love it and we had lunch there, dinner was from KFC…its my rest day for cooking! Hehehe! Weekend’s always fun and we are happy to spend it together as a complete family! Thanks God for all the blessings…
