Every friends in Singapore said that we should watch the Songs of the Sea, so we did…when we arrived in Sentosa Island, we first bought ticket at the Beach Station for the show and we got the 8:40pm show, it cost SGD10 per person but there’s also combos that includes a Songs of the Sea Ticket plus Oscar Combo Meal or Orcar Plush Toy for SGD15 but we just got the ticket. I actually wanted to get the one with plush toy but my friends who bought the ticket forget about it. Anyway, its ok…so prior to the show, we went around the Island, ride the Skyride up high and enjoyed maneuvering the Luge, its an experienced not to be missed…so much fun! Well, not all parts we was able to reach but done pretty good, I can say! Time come for the show and guess what, the line was soooooo long, can’t describe how many people inside but its thousand or so, so….its huge open area, everyone will have that chance to get a seat and it was organized, that’s important, makes life easier!

Song of the Sea story is about Li, a young main gifted with a charming voice, is singing by the sea with his frends when he is stunned by the sudden vision of a beautiful sleeping girl, Princess Ami. Guided by a group of mischievous Sea Creatures, Li learns that she’s under the spell of an enchanted village. With the help of Oscar, a cheeky tiger fish, he embarks on a gallant quest to break the spell and awaken Princess Ami. Along the way, he encounters the Lord of Fire, the Spirit of Light and the Lady of the Sea.

Song of the Sea brought me and my friends into a mesmerising show with a live cast and dramatic effects like pyrotechnics, water jets, brilliant lasers, special computer imaging, stunning flame bursts and captivating music. Its like falling under the spell of an award winning nightly extravaganza set in sea at Sentosa Island.

It was a great show, another attraction in Sentosa that should not be missed…oh, forgot to tell, this is an outdoor show, rain or shine! Kids will surely enjoy it, how I wish my two little sweeties was with me then…

Happy Monday everyone…hope I find time to write about the Universal Studio Singapore, next big thing! :)
