We as proud parents both went to the Open Morning in CJ’s school…and we loved it, we enjoyed the experience of meeting his teachers and some of the parents!

We was welcome by the speech of the Director, discussed the handbook, introduced teachers as well as teachers introduced themselves one by one…and welcome us all to the new school year!

There’s also a Special Dance Presentation but its same time with the Open Classes so we wasn’t able to see it. Anyway, we went to CJ’s classroom and met his teacher, its Teacher Emma and she is from Tasmania…she explain her style, approach and way of teaching the kids to us then after we parents asks various questions to her, its an open discussion about what we will, should expect the whole year round. Good to talk to her…I like her!

At around 10:15am we went for the Special Primary School Presentation, they discuss about the curriculum, activities, approaches to teaching, and how us parents can support our child at home! They also mention to us what foods to bring at school for snacks and lunch, what’s allowed and not! But they also begged us not to let kids watched too much cartoons especially before bed time.

We also met CJ’s English Language teacher, Teacher Karen, she’s from Western Australia with 25 years experience, she look tough, but very lovely…she loves kids! She has good words for CJ, she said he really have an excellent start, wow, we are so proud, he said it in the crowd…we are happy because its second teacher, Emma also told us the same!

CJ, just keep up the good work and we are all here to support you, all the way! *smile*
