One last day in Phnom Penh for Mark and he will be off to Siem Reap at 2pm…but before that departure time, we had busy day, I had CJ with me because we are done with the genocidal museum, I and Kent don’t like him to go there yet, well, even Kent havn’t been there and when I had my first visitor here, that’s the only time I visited the place…

First, we tried the buffet breakfast at Mekong River but I am somehow disappointed with it, different with what I expect as what a friend told me but I just don’t recommend it at all…but yes, the staff are really nice, hmm…they thought I am Thai, don’t know if it is complement or not?! hehehe!

After breakfast, we went to Wat Phnom, we went up to see Lady Penh then go down to see the elephant, hehehe! Mark and CJ enjoyed watching the elephant that ended them feeding her and hugging her trunks, oh, elephant name is Sambo.

Then we went to Central Market, just for Mark to see the beauty of its architecture, although it is under construction now but still you can see that its beautiful.

Another market trip is at the Russian Market…and here’s the shopping was done. *smile*

On the way home, we had a quick stop at the Philippine Embassy.

We had lunch at home, although KFC makes me angry, hahaha, their 30 minutes delivery became 1hour and 15minutes, grrr…I hate it specially, we need to be at the bus station before 2pm, left home 1:45pm, had a quick stop at the Independence Monument then to the Paramount bus station…

Bye Mark, hope you enjoyed your stay in our house and like what you’ve seen here in my second home, Phnom Penh…we hope to see you back! You and Kent have to meet to talk about history and culture, you’ll love it, not to mention everything about research in between! Kent say his big hi from Bangkok…enjoy your Angkor Temples tour tomorrow! I am excited for you in this Indochina trip…all the best and be safe always!

On the other hand, I am missing Kent…few more days until he will be back here in Phnom Penh but I am happy he is having fun there, also saw Andy, who’s a dear friend of ours.  Tomorrow will be my day, I will have some pampering…I am scheduled to have lemon body scrub followed by a blissful massage, and I hope to have my hair and nails done, too!  Isabelle’s missing Daddy too, as well as CJ…I brought them out last Tuesday, we went to Sovanna Mall and had lunch at KFC, they also got some new toys in CityMart, which they really love! I am happy to see my kids happy, they make me smile…they are my diamonds! *smile*
