I am so late now with this meme which my friend Josiet started…anyway, here are the things I want as of the moment…simple but I know could help me learn new things. So this week, I want things for my kitchen, I know these are essentials but we honestly don’t have it yet! *smile*

Kitchenaid Immersion Hand Blender – I can’t afford the large stand mixer so this one really great for someone who want to make chopping, whisking and blending easier, it goes from blender to mini chopper to power mixer…sounds great, isn’t it?!

Hope I could have these things sometime, someday…not necessarily this but something like this will do, its just so hard to find things like that here in Phnom Penh or just I am not looking because I can’t afford one! Lolz! Anyway, will all those baking things, I should start looking for a manual for our Fan Oven and Power Grill, so I can use it easy and right, *smile*
