Its the The Woman’s Day Cookbook which I got from one of the second-hand bookstore here, I got this for only $5, and its worth it! I also have Periplus New Mini Cookbook in its different titles, plus some of the recipes I am getting from the label of cans and alike! When I first came here, I don’t know how to cook that’s why I need these helpful things although I know I can easily search for recipes over the net, maybe I am too lazy to do that. *winks* Now, I am learning and I am loving it…I am only preparing lunch because Darah’s still cooking for us for dinner! Come over to our house and I will cook for you or let’s cook together, it will be fun for sure!

Yesterday was such a good day, we invited Josiet’s husband, Erik in our house to have dinner and we are all happy that he came. Kent really enjoyed the night, they had good long talk about everything over beers…if us girls talked over cup of coffee, guys do with beers or wines, isn’t it?! hehehe! We had fish amok, fabulous fast shrimp, crab & corn soup, green salads and mangoes…I made all except for fish amok which our cook did! Anyway, he gave us Johnnie Walker Black Label Old Scotch Whisky…thanks so much for that, you have to come back again and you guys drink it, maybe when Josiet and EJ comes back in Phnom Penh soon…let’s celebrate! *smile*

But today is Friday, I should be saying thanks God its Friday but don’t feel like, hahaha, because Saturday will follow and Kent will be off to Thailand for one week! We will miss him for sure. Anyway, its just like ordinary day, I had blissful massage at the Bamboo Spa and did some errands then meet Kent at Flavours when I got it all done, we had drinks and appetizers, then had dinner at home with the kids! But I love the talks that we had…*hehehe* Thanks so much, mahal!
