I’ve been seeing Food Trip Friday thru my friends’ blog and everywhere…I find this weekly food photo meme great specially for someone like me, who’s just starting to explore kitchens and everything around it! So, with Zarah and Lui‘s  influence, I am now writing my first FTF…*smile*

So, here’s my first try in joining the meme, will be sharing to you my Lemon Broccoli Chicken

Lemon Broccoli chicken is just easy to do, preparation and cooking time will be between 20-25minutes. You just need 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves; 1 can cream of broccoli soup, 2tsp. lemon, 1tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/4 cup milk. 1/8tsp. ground black pepper and you’re all set! Its easy, heat oil in skillet then cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned. Add soup, milk, lemon juice and black pepper. Heat to boil, cover and cook over low heat fro 5 minutes or until done. Best served with mashed potato and colorful veggies on the side such as carrots, beans and corn kernels…topped with orange slices, lemon slices will do too!

Have fun trying this on your own kitchen and let me know how it goes, I’m excited! Share it…*smile* On my end, K’s love it…that’s why this menu become one of the regulars! *winks*

In addition to my Food Trip Friday, I am also linking this to Friday Potluck…also my first time to join! :)
