With barely 7days to go before Isabelle’s 1st birthday, I decided to go full swing with the party preps already, well, I should, I need to work hard for it…

I was been thinking about the theme long time, I initially want and a natural choice for a birthday party for a girl is a Princess theme party but after seeing the stage decor for that, I just thought its not for her age,  K and I both agree that it really suits for an older girl. Then I started looking to their designs which fits that would still have the “princess like” although I have thought about Disneyland, Mickey Mouse or Alice in Wonderland theme but hubby said its too American, hehehe! Oh, K and I both like the FAIRY theme that we saw on the site, so, we both agreed that we are going for it!

Thanks God and everyone who’s helping me out, everything’s falling into place!

It started with the venue, then now my caterer and I finallly get settled with the food and decors although I will check it again on Monday as they agreed that I can meet them then for some final touches and changes if ever! Thanks to Party Time Philippines for being such an angel and accommodating my requests and demands even its a bit rush, I do understand your part, hehehe! *smile* Would you believe that I just communicated with them through email?! And the response was pretty fast…love it!

And the cake and cupcake are now ordered, Sheelah of French Kiss (Kitchen Krafts) also agreed that I can pay on Tuesday, lucky me, so, I just confirmed my order with them yesterday! Well, its just a small 9″ round cake with cupcakes around put into a 3-tiered cupcake tower, it also goes with the theme! I can’t wait to see it! Host that will facilitates games, do magic and balloon twisting is my project for today…I’ve heard it twice that the host should be really good because he will be make the atmosphere great. My party organizer said that clowns is far different from the professional hosts, sometimes the food and decor is nice but hosting is what ruins the niceness of the party, well, I don’t like that to happen so I will make sure that I will be getting a good one but not the expensive one! *winks*

Other little things, I will be buying, doing and prepare when I arrived on Sunday…yes, I will be working double time, we so many lists of to do’s on our 1-wee vacation!

I’m really excited to prepare for Isabelle’s birthday, afterall, she’s our little darling! Again, I want to make sure that everything will “perfect” even if our birthday budget is sooo limited.
