Hi, I will be sharing a recipe that I saw at the back of the Campbell’s can, its Fabulous Fast Shrimp and it is just so easy to do. Preparation and cooking time will only take 20 minutes and that can serves up to 4 person.

So, here is it:

Ingredients:

1tbsp. butter or margarine
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1lb. fresh large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 can (10-3/4 oz) Campbell’s Cream of Shrimp Soup
1/2 cup water
generous dash ground red pepper
hot cooked rice
paprika

Procedure:

  • HEAT butter in skillet. Add celery, green pepper and green onions, and cook until tender. Add Shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
  • ADD soup, water and red pepper, and heat through.
  • Serve with rice and sprinkle with paprika.

Note: We don’t have paprika during the cooking time but I added crab stick…and it taste good! *smile*

Well, different Sunday today…missing our Daddy. I was just home most of the time. Kent is now in Thailand, he left yesterday for week-long holiday but I had hair pampering this afternoon at Sorya Mall and I love it. I just hope he will buy those things that I listed, he will do shopping for us, yeay! Hope he will get “her” for me and it will surely make me happy!
