Last Saturday, July 10…K, kids and me together with Yom and Robert went to “First Philippine Trade Investment Mission to Cambodia” at Grand Ballroom of Hotel Inter Continental because I am interested with the free samples, free taste and products from Philippines that they are selling—and I am very excited with the last one! *smile*

I heard that the “The First Philippine Trade and Investment Mission to Cambodia” will have two main components: first is the trade and product exhibition by more than 20 Philippine companies; and second is the investment mission by Philippine companies exploring investment opportunities in Cambodia.

According the the organizer, “The trade and product exhibition will display products such as processed food, canned food and beverages,  beer, wine, health, personal care, and beauty products, also products on display are traditional Philippine fabric and portable videoke (karaoke) equipment. The event is an opportunity to view, taste or sample the featured products, which are high quality leading brands in the Philippines. The event is also a trade and business opportunity for importers, distributors and wholesale buyers in Cambodia looking for additional products or product lines.”

Well, I thought I will be going home with more Philippine things and stuff but its only Filmart who sells varieties which I can easily went to their store here everytime I crave or need something, oh, there’s one more booth that sell items, which I think its the embassy booth…maybe I just expect more. hehehe! Anyway, didn’t go home empty-handed, I got 2 native purses and shirt for CJ while K like to try the Gumtec by Hapee! I used to worked with RFM and I’m happy that my kids love their hotdogs but my little darling was so scared with their mascots, hehehe!

By the way, the event is organized by the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines jointly with the Department of Trade and Industry of the Republic of the Philippines, the Philippines – Cambodia Business Council and the RFM Corporate Export Division.

I hope to have more of this…*smile* but hope they can sell more! *winks*
