Back again this week and happy to join fellow thrift hunters again at Share-A-Thrift-Hunt meme!

I will be sharing a white dress that a friend, Ate Elma spotted when we all went thrift-hunting many months ago…and its suits me although still need some minor repairs!

I like it, simple and nice…I am just using it with a belt and wore it once! What’s nice is I got it for a dollar, yes, you read it right plus the repair that cost me another dollar. So, its total cost is $2.00…what you think, not bad right?! By the way, got it new still with tag then but unfortunately wasn’t able to take picture of it, no thrift hunt meme that time so not crossed to my mind about taking picture of it with tag!

Oh, another added medical uniform I guess, hehehe, that’s why its “Another One…” while the other one is the nurse uniform that’s also a thirft-find?! hehehe!

Today’s Saturday and we are just having a quiet time at home, yesterday was a busy day! Glad to see two friends and went around for lunch, window shopping and coffee…plus another night-out with K but doesn’t end there because when kids are both sleeping, we watched another classic movie but I don’t like the flow of the story because its bit confusing or I am not just good with history; although the ending was nice, not a happy one but a lesson to learn among soldiers! Never leave a man behind…heard this in Toy Story too!

Anyway, part of the spirit and the culture of the military is the creed that you don’t leave anyone behind—whether injured, captured, or dead! My mother’s side family are mostly soldiers. “I will never leave a fallen comrade to fall into the hands of the enemy …” is part of army’s creed! Does this line apply to everyone even not soldiers like in family, friendship or any kind of relationship!? Share me your thoughts.
