First day of the second month, time flies so fast…looks like its only yesterday that we’ve just celebrated New Year, hehehe!
Anyway, I would like to share to all of you how was our New Years’ Eve!
At 30 minutes before midnight we are all on the living room already waiting to welcome 2011, I gave kids coins to threw at midnight coming from the door, Cambodia don’t have coins but I have Philippine coins and Adele gave us Australian coins…table is also ready!
We did the countdown and the kids started throwing the coins…it was fun and we all hugged and prayed, I am so happy that we are complete this time! Then we heard the fireworks, so we run to the 3rd floor to watched it first, then have our own fireworks later, with sparklers and popper.
So, here are the pictures…:)
Then Daddy opened the champagne and we all had a toast, CJ got orange juice…
…and eating time! We had different kind of foods (will do separate posts about it!)…:)
Yes, we also have fruits…watermelon, honey dew, pineapple, grapefruit, grapes, pears, mango, apple, orange, dragonfruit, lemon, mango, guava, star apple and mangosteen!
Well, New Years Eve is big in Philippines, I miss the way its celebrated in my country but I also had great time spending it with the whole family and it was such a memorable one. I thank God for everything He had given us for 2010, good or bad and I prayed and hope that 2011 will be another great year…for all of us!
