…from Isabelle’s Ninang, Ate Elma, one of her Godmother who’s also living in Phnom Penh. Well, Ate Elma is the first Filipina that I met here, Kent find her for me when I was coming here for the first time…sweet isn’t it? Yes, K asked his friends for a good Filipina that I can meet when I arrived and lucky one of his friends knew Ate Elma since they are business partners, to make the story short, I was introduced to her and we became friends, she became an older sister for me here. She witnessed my pregnancy with Isabelle and went with my ups and downs! She was there when K described it as I was deliriously vomiting during my pregnancy, of course, K called her because he doesn’t know what to do anymore. She was also the first person to came when I had a motorcycle accident here in Penh. Well, thanks for being there as always and you can also check her page about her furries at My Furry Place…and she’s the best person to talk to about dogs and cats!

Anyway, as you all know (if you read my previous post)…Isabelle turns 2 last May 15 and she had a party but Ate Elma, her only Ninang who’s also here in Cambodia didn’t make it to the party because she’s having some visitor in their house, 2 days before Isabelle’s birthday is also her birthday!

So, I got her gifts when she gave it to me last week, during our coffee/lunch date…

…and when I arrived Isabelle was still sleeping but when she wake up, I gave it to her and let her open it. Lots of pictures…

she found money too…but she doesn’t know about it yet!

And after opening the gifts, reading the card and wondering what’s the money is, she’s back at the top of the table and seriously watching her movie…

Here’s the complete gift…a lovely baby bag in pink and brown, love it because it has a lot of compartments just like any baby bag needs; together with the card and the money…

Thank you so much Ate (Ninang) Elma for everything you gave to our little princess and the bag was really useful, got used it 3 times already.
