First quarter of this year (2011) when two friends who are now based in Singapore visited Cambodia…it was weekend when they arrived, so just thought of sharing our first meal together after visiting Killing Fields and Toul Sleng Genocide Museum on that particular Saturday…I brought them at the riverside!
I actually forgot the name of the restaurant that we had lunch but its just the one on the ground parallel to FCC Building…I will try to look for its name this week and will just edit this. *sorry*
Anyway, here’s what we had that time:
Grilled Stuffed Squid served with Sweet-Chili Sauce…
Stir-fried Vegetables…
Fish Amok, which we all love…
…and here we are having lunch and enjoying al fresco dining, Steph in yellow (we are friends since high school) and Joanne in black (I just met her through Steph when our high school friends had our mini-reunion in Singapore last October 2010).
Linking this with Weekend Eating hosted by Jenn…
Have a great week, everyone!

Its just me and the kids here at Phnom Penh…Dad’s in Bangkok doing some important stuff but what great is we was able to talked thru Skype, hehehe, which I only discovered lately *poor me* and we are enjoying it. Wishing and praying for a great day for Daddy tomorrow, goodluck Dad! We are so proud of you and God bless! We love you and we miss you…
