Yesterday, I just thought of baking a cake for our afternoon snacks but just get lazy…so instead of having a cake, we just had these assorted finger foods…little bit of something to satisfy one lazy afternoon at home!

fancy fish ball and crabstick…

crackers with smoked gouda cheese and beef hotdog

meat filled steamed buns

Come pick your choice and enjoy an afternoon with us. And finally this afternoon, I baked another ready mix cake, it looks like a big doughnut and sprinkled some grated walnuts and rainbow sprinkles…I will share it next time! Linking with Weekend Eating and Yummy Sunday!

Have a great week, everyone!

Hi ! Sarap naman ng snacks nyo! By the way, where are you buyong your cake mixes?  One of my frustrations is to bake cakes but I cannot find the time to experiment.  Perhaps, it would be nice to start on ready mix cakes, at lease I can practice decorating first… :)
    I followed u, as well….

hi krizza, thanks! dito lang din sa phnom penh, sa may lucky minsan or pencil but there are more cake ingredients choices sa thai huot at bayon supermarket! :) oo ako din nde marunong magbake pa from scratch, kaya  mga cake mix lang gamit ko, iba-iba flovour lang tapos konting arte tsaka minsan haluan ko ng jam or oreo ang mix…betty crocker ang gamit ko, eto ang site nila http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/mud-slide-ice-cream-cake/310addbe-528b-496a-924d-e608fbc8f0a2 may mga suggestion sila for the cake mix then you can add for more flavours! i can only do pancakes lang from scratch, dati still using ready-mix kaso now i knew already, adding some twist na lang…nasa experimenting side din ako ng baking now! hehehe! its fun, ang sarap din magbake lalo na kinakain nila. hehehe! are you in penh now?
