YES…I am excited today for many reasons but to name few such as Kent’s coming back home from his holiday in Bangkok, Thailand and for the bag that he bought for me, hehehe! Thanks so much mahal…*love you*

We will be off by 1:30pm to go Pochentong Airport to wait for Daddy’s arrival, I am going with the two kids minus Ate and Lak will fetch us.

Anyway, yesterday was great day, I had a good scrub and massage, wasn’t able to do my hair and nails but this morning I did, I went to Sorya to have it done! Yesterday, we went to Le Jardin located in No. 16 Street 360, BKK1 with Ate Elma, Chinks and CJ then Lui followed. I love the place, it is good for kids and the magnificent sandbox remain the envy backyard of kids and parents around town, it was set in large, traquil garden…have tree house and slides which CJ and Chinks really enjoyed. So, that makes me decide to give Ate a call and let her and Isabelle followed. I had chocolate waffle while Ate Elma got crepes, kids just got chocolate milkshake but they have ice cream, too. I think its good to bring kids there and I will be bringing them again there.

Since we havn’t lunch yet, oh, yes, in the name of beauty and relaxation, we can escape eating, nyahaha, in other words, we went to KFC for late lunch and we are hungry already, I am so hungry and it was a day! hahaha!

Here’s the story, I grew up with KFC, McDonalds, Jollibee, Burger King and alike around in the Philippines  but guess what with all those I mentioned they only have KFC here and it was way too different with what I thought, knew and experience. WHY? Enjoy my KFC Story…

First, would you believe that when I ordered once for delivery, after 30minutes they call me back saying there’s no chicken and coleslaw…are they sure, KFC with no chicken! *sigh*  (Delivery Service)

Second, you cannot change your order even if the receipt wasn’t printed yet, hayyy! (Pencil-Norodom Branch)

Third, I am not so sure about this but here if you ordered chicken, it doesn’t come with the gravy! (Please enlightened me with this one!) (All Branches)

Third, we dine-in and I asks my son to asks for small plastic, oh, he got it but someone’s mopping the floor and no sign that it is wet floor, so CJ slide and fall…I was thinking they will sorry but no, they don’t…I just let it go, CJ’s fine, lucky didn’t hit his head but going out they are laughing to us, grrr…and with that, my patience didn’t works anymore, I explode in the restaurant…I felt like I am shouting already but Ate said, I am not because my voice was still in low tone! They made me angry…(Sovanna Branch)

Fourth, I ordered again for delivery, they said its 30 minutes…this time we are counting each minute because my friend Mark is off to Siem Reap, after 1hour they call saying no thigh part, grr, I am angry already…I don’t have patience anymore and I said I will cancelled my order but they said, “No. madam…we will deliver it in 15minutes” and I replied, “”I cannot wait anymore, you only said 30 minutes and its more than 1 hour now.” but I think I am still good, I pity the crew so we waited…around 15minutes he came…I got angry and he said sorry. So, we ate…(Delivery Service)

And just yesterday, another one..I ordered a lot, I understand maybe they got confused…I am hungry, think about it! They delivered the fries together with softdrinks, so my fries get wet. I not complain, I just asks for cover for the softdrinks! So, I am sitting already and saw that no nuggets, no fries, no softdrinks yet…I went to the counter to follow-up and they gave me, the cashier/crew said “Sorry!” I said, “No problem.” So, the other crew delivered the nuggets and fries into our table but when I am going back, he get it back…hmm, are they testing my patience, I went again…but still the softdrinks not yet arrived so, I followed-up again and heard sorry again, again and again. I finally give up, I told to the crew…why the service is not good, not too many customer and guess what he replied, he said: “Please calm down!” huh, and with that, it makes me get angry, my voice went up and my friends said, the people on the counter got scared…they are just observing and they said, it doesn’t fit me that I am angry…hehehe! Until we left, we kept saying, “Please Calm Down.” (Riverside Branch)

I just noticed here that customer service wasn’t that good…although not all and not at all times, I am just lucky to be in these situation! I hope KFC can improve their staff’s customer service because if not, they will be loosing customers…I love KFC, but if it will makes me angry all-the-time then I chose not to buy and eat their food anymore!

Ok, ok, Ok, finished with my dilemma…I am still excited today, good that it happened yesterday and I had good sleep already…I am off to the airport and see you soon! *smile* Happy Sunday!

    yup they have a lot of catching up to do when it comes to customer service. hmm, about the gravy, I think every country differs, though the basics are the same, sides/gravy/menu tends to differ. I forgot which city it was we had KFC once, hmm maybe it was KL and they don’t serve gravy too that time.

    so lesson of the day, hihi ‘Please calm down’. At least now we have a new motto. lol!
