I love to cook and bake but maybe they don’t love me but still I am trying my best and thanks to my new book, it helped me somehow in preparing our New Years’ Eve menu although some I knew already from before…
So, without further ado, here are the foods that I prepared…:)
assorted cold cuts with cheese and green olives…
Pasta e Fagioli (White Bean and Pasta soup)…
*Pasta e Fagioli and Caesar Salad are perfect match!*
Pickled Veggies…and I love its colors!
*Pickled Veggies best served together with Fettucine Alfredo.*
Carrot Cake with Vanilla Frosting and topped with dried fruits…
The following are the desserts that I didn’t made…Peach Float was made by Ate Mitos and the Leche Flan was given to us by Mumsified (thanks Jo!)…both delicious and was a hit!
Well, everyone loves what we have that night…and guess what, of course we didn’t able to finished it all, so on New Years’ Day we got a lot of food, hehehe!
Anyway, will be sharing recipe next time! Its February and I am looking forward for another great month for all of us…cheers!
