Once a week or twice, we are eating dinner at P. Kitchen, our favorite Thai Restaurant…located just next street to where we are currently living. Most of the time that we are eating there we are passing through a Windsor Hotel, its a short-cut way to our place but what’s the connection? Well, they have a bakery shop and from 5:00pm until 9:00pm, breads and cakes are 40% off…

So, we are buying some…and here’s the few flavours that we tried:

Chocolate White Mocca Cake…CJ’s fave I think!

Blueberry Cheesecake…for me and Isabelle (she just like the cherry!)

Orange Cake for Daddy! (not his choice though but for my OT…lolz!)

And there are more flavours that maybe one of these days we can try…but the taste of these cakes, not as good as I expect, or maybe I just tasted a better one. One thing I know, I missed baking…our things are still in the storage in Cambodia, they can start ship it out of Penh once the working permit was issued and it is being process now, so it will saved us from paying taxes that we think is a lot.

For now, we will be staying here at the small hotel until end of next month but after that we will be just looking for another small hotel with bigger space, a one-bedroom and with kitchen maybe because we cannot afford a two or more! Then our search for house will follow, we actually bit careful now because in Cambodia, we lost 2 months deposit and asks us to pay the current month for not finishing the contract and we are talking $$$$ here…well, just not to have arguments and to make our moved smooth, we just let it to be that way. K’s just nice and want to keep good relationship with the landlord because they been nice to us afterall. Huh!

We are settling well and doing great. Thanks God for making everything right and for always taking care of us. Believe it or not, kids and I just had our first BTS ride without Kent last Monday, hahaha! I knew the post office already and its almost the opposite street of our street now, less than 10 minute walk and the staff there are helpful but unfortunately no available P.O. Box yet. I also just got my own mobile number last week, its easy compared to Cambodia because can get it at 7-11. But yes, they always think I am Thai…
