Today, we are celebrating Children’s Day and that means its another holiday!

“Children’s Day”, as an event, is celebrated on various days in many places around the world, in particular to honor children. Major global variants include an International Children’s Day on June 1 as adopted in the former Communist bloc, and a Universal Children’s Day on November 20, by United Nations recommendation. Children’s Day is often celebrated on other days as well in other countries.

Anyway, CJ’s in the house, so both kids enjoyed playing with each other!  Thanks God that even they are not going out that much, they have each other company to play with, tickled with, get crazy and just have fun, just like this one…

Anyway, no breakfast was made today, they just had fruit rings cereals and some crackers! Daddy went out for a meeting but back home for lunch! And I made something different for lunch, I made Paella in a flash (that’s the name of the recipe from my Minute Meals book.) that I will be sharing the recipe soon then I prepared Maja Blanca again for snacks since they enjoyed it last Sunday thinking we will be just spending whole day at home.

But after lunch, we’ve decided that we will be bringing the kids at Monkey Business for a treat, we didn’t brought them for a month…it was a busy May for us!

So, we went to Monkey Business bit after two and the two kiddos enjoyed the fun again playing with other kids.

And we left the play area before 6pm to have dinner at Ngon Restaurant. For the past months, it is becoming our family’s favorite for many reasons: foods are delicious and affordable, staffs are nice and friendly, and they got space that Isabelle enjoyed roaming around. Anyway, I will be posting more of Ngon Restaurant soon. By the way, ngon in Vietnamese means delicious and they are really living up to their name!

Back home, Daddy played some music…both kids loves music and they both love dancing, then soon after, Daddy and CJ watched a movie together while Isabelle and I did our bath time and bedtime routine.

It was a great day spend with the kids…as always and we both enjoyed it. How about you, how did you spend Children’s Day?

May’s been busy month for us…Isabelle got sick, K went to Perth, birthdays, weddings…and invites from few friends!

June just started and hope it is a good one. I am actually happy today for I have seen the payment of my first paid post in Paypal although I cannot accept it yet because I need to verify my account first.

Anyway, I am wishing you have a great month of June and a wonderful start.
