…and yes it was! First, Daddy arrived and second, CJ’s Assessment Report was great! :)

Anyway, it was a busy day, woke up early to pick-up Daddy at the airport, yes, you heard  it right, K’s arriving today after two weeks being away with us—well, it was a good trip and I am supporting him with it, he visited his mum and see his sister (that’s the main reason!). He arrived 9am via Bangkok with an overnight stay at the airport from Perth…feel sorry for him, he must be tired but he looked so happy when he arrives which I love most! :)

That was in the morning, then in the afternoon at 2:30pm we had a scheduled meeting with CJ’s teacher…its called Parent Teacher Interview, we arrived in the school 15 minutes earlier. The following are what teachers mentioned and explained to us…

From Teacher Emma Carracher:

Carlos has excelled in all areas of study this term. He is positive, organized and dedicated to his work. Carlos is reading at an advanced level and is continuing to show improvement by selecting challenging texts. His mathematical understanding is sound and he is becoming more confident, with practice. Carlos should continue to seek extension work at school and at home. He can begin to add more expression to his reading and he can begin to check his understanding of unfamiliar words by using a dictionary. Carlos can now develop more independence in his work.
